Full Journal pdf2023-05-17 House Journal Page 1159 HB 51 Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1158) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 51 "An Act relating to refrigerants designated as acceptable for use under federal law." 2023-05-17 House Journal Page 1160 and HOUSE BILL NO. 51 am S(efd add S) "An Act relating to refrigerants designated as acceptable for use under federal law; relating to firefighting substances; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 7 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Saddler moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?" Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The bill was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
